Details

This precious Tie Guan Yin aged since 2000~2002. 10 years vintage made it special and elegant. Limited and rare on the market.

The raw material is purely hand made An Xi Tie Guan Yin. Each piece of tea leaf is rolled into tiny compact ball shape, tightly and even.   The dry leaves are in oily, dark brown colour.

This tea made under traditional oolong production methods. Charoal-baked, full of natural flavor of fire and a hint of pine-scented valley.

Once infused, the flavour and feel has an aged hardiness yet still retains its deep honey aroma.

The tea soup is in bright amber colour,  mellow and smooth. A strong vanilla notes lingering in mouth and the aftertaste is honey sweet.
