Huang Da Cha( Yellow Big/Large Leaf Tea)- is known has more than 400 years history in China. The most famous Huang Da Cha is Huoshan Huang Da Cha(produced in Huoshan, Jinzai and Lu'an, Anhui province) Which characterized by its long, curly brown leaves that mixed with leaf stalks(its leaves are often enriched by the stems/stalks of the plant.).
Huang Da Cha is known as the coffee among teas. Processed with traditional yellow tea technique, this tea has a very strong aroma of cooked nuts such as coffee or chocolate etc. Very special.
Also, this tea can endure repeated infusions very easily.

Water Temperature 80℃(176℉)~85℃(185℉)
Steeping Instructions Middle Steeping:Warm the teapot(cup,glass)→Add tea leaves→Moisturize the leaves with hot water→Add water to 70% full→Enjoy after the tea leaves sinking.
Storage Seal tightly, store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and odour.
