This white tea Bai Mu Dan (white peony) grown in high mountain area of Fu Ding, Fujian province of China. The tea leaves plucked from wild tea bushes---No pesticides and fertilizers are used on these tea bushes. Nature, green.
Different from artificial planting tea bushes, tea leaves of the wild tea bushes are larger, not very neat in shape, and some of the tea leaves even has small holes that bite by worms.
But the flavor of this tea is much stronger. It maintains the subtle taste like the other white teas. Meanwhile it provides a stronger fruity aroma. Fresh and delicate.
It is very suitable for a cold steeping with this tea. An ideal summer drink.

Thank you Review by Ben Johannes
Got this in sample pouch. Thanks ESGREEN! I really appreciate for the carefully selected tea samples. This tea tastes light and refreshing - even better when cold brewed for iced tea. (Posted on 1/18/2013)
Taste grassy, quite refreshing anyway. Review by Shaltinannar K.
This white peony looks like a bit rough. More large leaves than the buds. I guess this is how wild tea bush leaves supposed to be? Taste grassy, quite refreshing anyway. (Posted on 1/9/2013)
