This Rou Gui is a medium roast level and can be brewed 6~8 times easily using the gong fu method of brewing. The brewed tea produces a golden tea soup with hints of fruit floral.

Processing Technique Semi-fermenting Tea, Kill Green(Deactivation)→Rolling and Kneading→Desiccation(Baking)
Appearance Tender and strong leaves are very well processed into even curly stripes. Dark color leaves thin white frosted coat on the surface.
Aroma Roasted aroma with hints of fruity flora.
Liquor Bright orange liquor.
Tasting Notes Strong and full-bodied Oolong with a refreshing floral aftertaste. Aged Rou Gui have a smoother mouth-feel.
Teaware Gaiwan(Covered Bowl), Gong Fu Tea-set, Piao Yi Tea Maker, Zi Sha(Purple Clay Pot)
Water Temperature 90℃(194℉)~95℃(203℉)
Steeping Instructions Warm the teapot(Gaiwan)→Add tea leaves→Moisturize and wash the leaves with hot water then pour out the liquid immediately→Add hot water and steep for 10-20 secs for the first infusions.Gradually extend the steeping time for the next infusions.
Storage Seal tightly, store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and odour.

    This tea is definitely one of my favorites from ESGREEN.
    Steeped it Gong fu style, discarded the first brew. I got so many amazing tastes with each sip.
    Although its name is "Cinnamon" I believe "Fruity Flavour" is a more accurate description. It gets the sweet, fruity note throughout the steeping.
