Shi Feng Long Jing is the best of Xi Hu Long Jing series, which is the best among all Long Jing teas. It is also believed to be the most authentic Long Jing tea because of its place of origin from Long Jing town, surrounded by Mt. Shi Feng in the hilly Xi Hu District of Zhejiang Province.
Leaf is flat, lustrous and sleek, straight with sharp pointed tips, with the length of within 2.5-3.0 cm. And is covered with a white down that is closely well set to leaf and is hidden; it is not easily seen and will unfurl when brewed.
The following video is going to show you how to quickly steep high quality Shi Feng Long Jing tea(the dragon-well) simply with a glass.
This is a very high quality dragon-well that made of tender Spring buds before April. So there is only one thing you might need to concern during the steeping. Which is the water temperature. Make sure it below 85°C(185°F) or it would over brew the tender tea leaf and make the tea liquor will become bitter.
