30 Days Returns & Replacements

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days for a refund. Or exchange the unsatisfied items.
Please contact us or submit a support ticket for instructions on how to return the goods. Once we have them back, we will issue refund or send replacements.
Items purchased through special promotion, clearance sales, or were given as a free gift are not eligible for returns or exchange.
For exchanging items, if the problem was our mistake we will take care of the shipping cost. Or you are responsible for the returning and re-sending shipping cost.
Unconditional Re-delivery or Refund
1. If a missing issue arises, we will re-send your order immediately.
If you don't want to wait for the new shipment, you could choose a full refund for the lost parcel.
2. If you have received a damaged package, please take a photo before you open the package and return the damaged one to the courier. Then contact us or submit a support ticket. We will re-send the parcel or refund your order upon receiving your feedback.
3. If you found damaged items after confirm receipt of the package. Please contact us with photo proofs or submit a support ticket. We will send you replacements or issue refund for the damaged items unconditionally.
