Baked Green-Hongqing

In the initial processing, baked green tea is dried by baking over charcoal fire or in a baking machine. The baked green dried tea features relatively whole buds and leaves and a prominent fuzzy petiole, clear and bright liquid, and a fruit or flower fragrance.
