Anhui Dark Tea
Lu'an basket tea belongs to dark tea category. It is famous and precious for its complex processing technique. The tea process after picking the tea leaves starts with withering-rolling and twisting-sun dried-baking-shaking and sieving. The raw green tea material is ready. Then the carefully selected quality green tea materials will be baked again-spreading in the moonlight-streaming again-put into the baskets then final baking and drying. The finished basket teas will then be stored in a clean, dry warehouse and aging for over 2~3 years before being sold on the market.
