Afternoon Tea Set

Traditionally,the afternoon tea set is used to brew loose tea in a teapot and served with individual tea cups and saucers that along with milk and sugar.

A classic English tea set may include the following tea wares:
The kettle is brought to a rolling boil.
The tea(or tea bag) in the teapot will be brewed for 2 to 5 minutes while a candle warmer(burner) may be placed under the teapot to keep the tea warm.
Milk may be added to the tea cup through a serving pitcher.
A tea strainer is placed over the top of the cup before the tea poured in.
