FengHuang ShuiXian-literally phoenix water fairy,daffodil or narcissus.
It is an oolong tea produced in Guangdong province.
It may not as famouse as FengHuang DanCong but it has still got its own own feature-natural light narcissus fragrance.
Large, wide dark green dry leaf with drooping blade tip that looks just like a bird beak. So the local tea farmers also called it "bird beak tea".
FengHuang ShuiXian also preferred to be steeped with a KongFu tea ceremony.
The tea liquor is in a bright orange color and featured with gold edge around the tasting cup.
It has a refreshing, mellow taste with strong sweet aftertaste and lingering narcissus aroma.

Steeping Instructions | Warm the teapot(Gaiwan)→Add tea leaves→Moisturize and wash the leaves with hot water then pour out the liquid immediately→Add hot water and steep for 10-20 secs for the first infusions.Gradually extend the steeping time for the next infusions. |
